Dennis Bogart, Violin
Dennis has served as Concertmaster of several local orchestras and has played with several chamber music groups. Dennis had a long tenure with teaching strings in the North Kansa City School District and now works for Meyer Music and is a private instructor.

Tammy Mengel, Viola
Tammy has had an extensive career as a violist in the Kansas City area. She was also personnel manager and violist of the St. Joseph Symphony for 20 years. Tammy, an Advanced Certified Pharmacy Technician, currently works as a Billing Specialist at Sterling Pharmacy in Lee's Summit.

Jodie Fuentes, Cello
Jodie has played in the Kansas City area for many years. Jodie had a 30 year career with the St. Joseph Symphony and is currently principal cello of Heritage Philharmonic.

Dana Mengel, Violin
Dana has played violin professionally since a very early age. He is one half of the Mengel Brothers Duo that perform regularly at The Chaz Restaurant in the Raphael hotel on the Plaza. Dana is also well known as a composer, largely of choral works, but instrumental as well.

Welcome to Alex Alejandre, Flute, Adam Sheffield, Violin, Jason Pope, Bass and Abbie Foehrkolf to the Amazing Strings Family for a special performance on Thursday, July 18, 2024 of Dana's Symphony #4. It will be at the Amelia Earhart Museum in Atchison KS. There will be a reception from 6 to 7 and the performance at 7.
